Deadlines-

I would prefer not to work with deadlines, but please feel free to ask about setting one and I’ll see what I can do.

 

Quotes-  

A quote is an estimate of what your suit will cost, and does not guarantee a slot when commissions are opened.  I offer quotes free of charge.  Shipping is not included in your quote as I won’t know the cost until the suit is finished.  Shipping can cost anywhere from $50-100+

 

Payment-

Due to ongoing issues with PayPal's services, I am now accepting multiple forms of payment, including Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp.  If you prefer to still use PayPal, my account can be found by searching by phone number instead.  Because of the unique situation, I am happy to provide all clients a custom invoice with e-signature capabilities for your financial security and peace of mind.   Your fursuit must be fully paid off before I start the making process.  I do accept payment plans, to an extent.  A 20% down payment must be paid upfront in order to guarantee your spot in the queue and purchase materials.  After discussing with me, you as the client will be expected to agree to a set amount of payments, how much they will be, and when they will be paid.  If three deadlines are missed, your commission will be canceled and refunded.

 

Mistakes-

Please keep in mind that your fursuit is a handmade piece of art, and no matter how hard I will work to make it perfect, small mistakes are bound to happen.  If anything is wrong with your suit beyond a small glue spot or knick in the shaving, please contact me immediately and I’ll do whatever I can to fix it, with no extra charge.

 

WIPS-

I have no problem sending work in progress photos, and will send you one anytime if you ask! If you don’t ask specifically, I will send a photo whenever a step in the making process is completed.  For example: 1. Foam base 2. Eyes and nose 3. Details in the fur pattern 4. Mouth details.  Again, if you would like me to send you a WIP, feel free to ask anytime!  The client is more than welcome to share any WIP photos shared by me privately, if not stated otherwise.

 

Style Changes and Add-ons-

Pickable noses, claws, and lots of teeth are all a staple of my fursuit style, but if you would like me to change any features for your commission, feel free to ask!  If there is anything you would like added onto your suit, ask about that as well, but be aware it will cost extra. (Ex: eyelids, horns, extra tongue.)  If there’s anything beyond small cosmetic changes you’d like done to your suit, bigger ears or different eye color for example, please let me know as soon as possible and I will change it to your liking.

 

Turnaround Time-

The time it takes me to finish your commission can depend on many things, including type of commission, complexity of character, and your place in the queue.  Once again, your fursuit will not be started until it is fully paid off, but once I have started work, you can expect a turnaround time of about 1 week for a head, 2 weeks for a partial, and 1.5 months for a fullsuit.  If your commission is not up in the queue yet, be prepared to wait a bit longer.  Once I’ve started your suit I will of course let you know and keep you updated from there.

 

Refusal of Service-

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason I see fit.  This includes, but is not limited to, being rude, unreasonable, or even threatening.

 

Refunds and Cancellation-

If you are not happy with the results, please contact me and I will negotiate refunds and do whatever I can to ensure you are happy with the finished product.  If for whatever reason your commission needs to be canceled, we will discuss the best course of action and refunds will be issued on a case by case basis.  Like mentioned previously, down payments are non refundable.
